Conveyancing and banking related legal works are two of the major areas of practice of the Firm since its establishment in 1945 and the Firm has, in the course of years, obtained wide experience in dealing with both urban and New Territories conveyancing matters.

The Firm was appointed in 1995 by The Chinachem Group, a major property developer in Hong Kong, to act on its behalf in all its conveyancing matters.

In 1998, the Firm was appointed as one of the 4 solicitor firms acting for Kowloon-Canton Railway Corporation ("the Corporation") in its West Rail Land Resumption Scheme Phase 1 Project ("the Project") for providing legal services to the Corporation for matters arising out of the resumption of affected land in the scheme and the Firm was assigned a work package consisting of 262 lots of land under the Project covering land in both urban and New Territories areas.

The Firm also serves various banks and financial institutions in Hong Kong for giving legal advice in banking related areas and also for preparation of loan documentation, mortgages and other security documents.

In addition, the Firm acted for the Hong Kong Housing Authority ("the Authority") in its Home Ownership Scheme Conveyancing ("HOS") since 1992 in which the Firm has handled over 1,500 assignments in total for the Authority under the HOS in respect of Block B of Yee Ching Court in 1992, Block C of Kwai Chun Court in 1995, Block K of Tin Shing Court II in 1998, Block F of Tin Fu Court in 1999, Block A of Lai Yan Court in 2001, Kingsford Terrace in 2007 Ping Yau Court, Kam Fai Court and recently 2022 Shan Lai Court and 2023 Kam Chun Court.


Besides HOS, the Firm also acted for the Authority in its Tenants Purchase Scheme Conveyancing ("TPS") since 1998 in which the Firm has handled over 3,500 assignments under various Phases of the TPS for the Authority and the Firm has also recently acted for the Authority to undertake conveyancing work for sale of Recovered Flats from Estates under Tenants Purchase Scheme (TPS) 2020/2021 involving various public housing estates.
